Chinaman's Gulch In Chaffee County Could Soon Be Named 'Yan Sing Gulch'

CHAFFEE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- Chinaman's Gulch in Chaffee County could soon get a new name. Colorado's Geographic Naming Board is recommending the name should be changed to Yan Sing Gulch.

The name means resilience in Chinese. If Gov. Jared Polis approves the name, it must get final approval from the U.S. Board of Geographic Names.
