Cherry Creek Neighborhood To Get 30-Story Apartment Towers
DENVER (CBS4) - Two 30-story apartment towers are coming to a Cherry Creek neighborhood.
One tower is in the 1000 block of East Bayaud Avenue. The Denver Business Journal reports the new apartments will bring a total of 550 units to the neighborhood.
To build the new apartments the developer will demolish a small part of the Country Club Gardens building that's been around since the 1940s.
The remaining part of the Country Club Gardens building will be renovated and preserved.
