Charges Filed In Double Murder
DENVER (CBS4)- A man accused of shooting and killing two young women last week inside an apartment has been formally charged.
Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey formally charged Jose King with two counts of first-degree murder.
The charges allege that on Oct. 29 about 11:10 p.m. King, 22, shot and killed two young women following an argument in an apartment at 3225 South Parker Road. The women have been identified as Amanda Anders, 19, and Nancy Worrell, 22.
King ran away and was arrested a short time later by police in Castle Rock.
King remains in custody and is being held without bond.
