CBS4 Weather Watcher Captures Stunning Wave Cloud Over Keystone

DENVER (CBS4) - Check out this beautiful cloud that formed over Keystone's North Peak on Wednesday.

It was captured by CBS4 Weather Watcher Mark Mannheimer.

The cloud, known as a lenticular, is also known as a mountain wave cloud.

Because they remain stationary they can also be called standing lenticular clouds.

These clouds often look like flying saucers or stacks of pancakes and make for awesome photos.
