Vandals Leave Graffiti On Public Art In Castle Rock

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Castle Rock want to catch the suspects who defaced public art and parks with graffiti last weekend.

The vandals tagged more than a dozen sites, targeting parks, public art and construction equipment.

Some of the places vandalized include Art Around the Rock murals located along trails throughout Castle Rock. Other parks damaged include The Meadows and downtown.

Surveillance video caught three male suspects at Butterfield Park. Police believe they could be in their late teens or early twenties.

Police said one of the suspects was wearing shoes with different color laces, green laces in the right shoe and what looks to be orange laces in the left shoe.
