Case Of Accidental Shooting Of 7-Year-Old Aurora Boy Heads To The DA

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Detectives are close to wrapping up their investigation of an accidental shooting of a 7-year-old boy in Aurora.

Police are sending the case to the district attorney's office where they'll decide if there should be any charges.

Several children between the ages of 7 and 12 were home alone when the boy was shot on July 9.

The boy, whose name hasn't been released, is in serious but stable condition at Children's Hospital.
