Case Against Winter Park For Avalanche Death Heads To Colorado Supreme Court

DENVER (CBS4) - A lawsuit involving the death of a skier at Winter Park Resort is headed to the Colorado Supreme Court.

An avalanche killed Chris Norris in an inbounds area of the resort in 2012. Norris' wife is suing, accusing the resort of negligence.
