"I was down in the basement watching TV with a friend, next thing you know it sounds like a big, powerful shotgun blast," said Scott Sebold.

Police worked to determine what led up to the crash. The home was damaged.

"There is some damage on the inside where you actually sit on the toilet, not even eight inches from you on the inside is where the real impact happened," said witness Eric Flint.

Police did not release details about possible charges.

"We were just in a great place at a great time and things happen and accidents happen... Nothing you can really do about that," said Flint.

Sebold said it's not the first time something like this has happened to his home but he hopes something can be done to stop it from happening again.

"We get people speeding all the time around here," said Sebold. "It would be nice if they put some sort of stop sign up."
