Car Crashes Into Curves Exercise Center

BROOMFIELD, Colo. (CBS4)- A car crashed into a Curves workout center in Broomfield on Tuesday morning and pinned one employee to the wall.

The car crashed into the Curves located at 12716 Lowell in Broomfield just after 8:30 a.m. The Curves employee pinned to the wall was rescued by North Metro Fire crews.

The driver was rushed to the hospital and the person inside who was pinned was treated for minor injuries.

There were five to seven clients and employees inside when the car came crashing through the front. There were no other injuries related to the crash.

What caused the driver to crash into the building is unknown. That location of Curves will be closed for the rest of the day. It is unclear when it will reopen.
