Call About Suicide Turns Into Suspicious Death Investigation In Lakewood
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Investigators in Lakewood are investigating a suspicious death.
On Tuesday evening officers responding to a report of a possible suicide found the body of Jared Jacob Hoar, 22, inside a home on South Ingalls Street.
"A female caller indicated that her boyfriend … Jared Hoar was deceased in the residence at that address," police said in a statement. "Once on scene they located Hoar's body and immediately began their investigation into his death."
Detectives are calling Hoar's death suspicious but need more information on how he died.
