Brown Palace Hotel Sold To New Owners

DENVER (CBS4)- The historic Brown Palace Hotel in downtown Denver has new owners. Crow Holdings Capital Partners acquired the Brown Palace and adjacent Comfort Inn after months of discussions.

It is expected to be a very seamless transition with little to no changes for employees. The same management company will continue to manage the property.

"They'll be a great steward of this legendary hotel," said Brown Palace Managing Director Marcel Pitton.

This is only the 4th owner in the 122-year history of the hotel. The name will not change.
