Broncos To Wear 'Color Rush' Uniforms Thursday Night

SAN DIEGO (CSB4) - Broncos players will wear their special Color Rush uniforms against the San Diego Chargers Thursday night.

The team and the NFL unveiled the uniforms in September, captioning it "Light Up Thursday Night."

Each NFL team has a monochromatic look for the season, which is meant to celebrate the club's distinctive identity.

Featured in the Broncos announcement is cornerback Chris Harris Jr.

But Harris Jr. and the players aren't the only ones sporting the new look.

Broncos mascot Miles was spotted wearing the special uniform while smooching cheerleader Sam at San Diego's iconic Unconditional Surrender Statue.

Sales of the uniforms is helping to raise money for youth sports.

According to Nike, the manufacturers, "one hundred percent of the NFL's proceeds from the sale of the Color Rush jerseys will go directly to the NFL Foundation to fund health, safety, and wellness programs for youth around the country."
