Broncos Players Psyched To Play In 'Color Rush' Uniforms

SAN DIEGO (CBS4) - Thursday Night Football games this year have been dubbed "color rush" games, and on Thursday night the Broncos are wearing an orange uniform, plus navy blue helmets with old school logos on them.

The Broncos weren't one of the teams that got to participate in the color rush last year, so they have been looking forward to being included this season.

"You're like a kid at the candy store. Your first Christmas or something like that," said wide receiver Demaryius Thomas. "New uniforms, you get to change it up.

"The more orange, the better," linebacker Von Miller said. "I don't know about San Diego, but ours are pretty cool. I'm looking forward to the blue and the orange in primetime. Every color rush game this whole season has been great.

"I've been looking forward to this color rush game since last year."

Mark Haas said he has seen some comments on Twitter that the new uniform looks something like a traffic cone.
