Broncos, Avs Welcome Visitors To DIA

DENVER (CBS4)- Passengers riding the terminal trains at Denver International Airport are getting a special message from the Denver Broncos and Colorado Avalanche. It's all part of DIA's 20th anniversary celebration.

Denver Bronco Emmanuel Sanders and the Avs General Manager Joe Sakic are the latest local celebrities to be featured in these "Train Call" messages.

Sanders' message: "Welcome to Denver. This is Emmanuel Sanders, wide receiver for your Denver Broncos. As someone who has made a lot of great connections in my career, I am proud to say that this is definitely a winning airport. Denver International Airport, congrats on 20 years of outstanding service."

Joe Sakic (credit: CBS)

Sakic message: "Welcome to Denver. This is Joe Sakic, general manager of your Colorado Avalanche. I'm extremely proud to call DIA my hometown airport. Cheers to the 20 years together with the Avalanche and Denver International Airport."
