Opening Statements Begin In Bagel Shop Murder Trial

DENVER (CBS4) - Opening statements took place Tuesday in a murder trial.
Brian Pattison is accused of killing Shane Richardson last year.
Richardson lived above a bagel shop in the city's Five Points neighborhood.
Pattison allegedly killed Richardson and then set fire to his apartment to cover it up.
Pattison faces murder and arson charges.
