Brazen Robbers Enter Walmart Wielding Guns And Demanding Money

DENVER (CBS4) - Deputies in Arapahoe County would like the public's help identifying suspects in an armed robbery at a Walmart.

According to the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, the robbery occurred at the Walmart located at Florida Avenue and Parker Road just after midnight on Wednesday.

Deputies say the two pulled guns on the store manager. They didn't get any money but investigators say they stole two cellphones from employees and ran.

"Video indicates that the suspects were in the area around Walmart for up to 10 minutes prior to entering the store," the sheriff's office said in a statement.

The phones were later found in the parking lot.

One suspect is described as a black male wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, camo-colored pants, black athletic shoes and green gloves. His face was covered with a red bandana.

The other suspect is described as a black male wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, light blue jeans, blue athletic shoes and dark gloves. He was also wearing a black stocking cap and a silver face mask with stripes. This suspect was also carrying a large, tan or brown back pack.
