Deadly Shooting Suspect At Restaurant Appears In Court, Victim Identified

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - The suspect in a deadly shooting appeared before a judge one day after the homicide.

Police believe Louis Joseph Sebastian, 33, of Boulder shot and killed a man in the Bramble & Hare on the Pearl Street Mall on Monday.

A chef and two others restrained Sebastian until police arrived.

The victim has been identified as Christopher King, 49, from San Marcos, California.

Detectives are still trying to figure out how the two men knew each other and what their argument was about prior to the shooting.
