Boy Injured In Fall At Recreation Site Near Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — A 12-year-old boy has been injured after he fell about 75 feet while hiking with his family in a popular recreation area near Colorado Springs.
Authorities say the incident occurred Sunday evening at Helen Hunt Falls.
Rescuers retrieved the boy and he was taken to Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora where he was admitted.
No other details were immediately available.
