Boulder Might Crack Down On VRBO & Airbnb Users

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Boulder city councilors are discussing what to do about short-term online rentals.

Websites like VRBO.com and Airbnb.com allow people to rent their homes and apartments for several days, but rentals of less than 30 days are currently illegal in Boulder.

City councilors were scheduled to discuss the issue in a study session Tuesday evening. They are deciding whether to step up enforcement of that law.
