Director Of Boulder Marathon Agrees Not To Run Any Races

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The director of the Boulder Marathon has agreed not to run any marathons or races in Boulder County for seven years as the latest stipulation in a lawsuit.

Boulder DA Stan Garnett's office is seeking close to $200,000 in compensation for runners who lost their entry fees the past two years.
