Body Of Missing Student Found 40 Yards From Campus

LEADVILLE, Colo. (CBS4)- The body of a missing student was found just 40 yards from the college campus he had vanished from last week.

Surveillance video captured Colton Wilson leaving his dorm at Colorado Mountain College Timberline Campus on Jan. 29. The video shows him wearing pajama pants and some slipper loafers.

Wilson, 19, had just started classes a few weeks before he went missing. He moved to Leadville from Oklahoma.

After the week-long search by the Lake County Sheriff's Office, the Colorado K-9 Forensic Team found Wilson's body.

The coroner will determine how Wilson died. The sheriff said there are no signs of foul play.
