Body Found In Fountain Creek In Pueblo County

PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) — Pueblo County authorities are trying to identify the body of a man found in Fountain Creek.

The body was spotted in the shallow waters of the creek near Interstate 25 by someone taking photographs from a bridge Wednesday night.

The sheriff's office is investigating the death as suspicious.

The man was white with an average build and believed to have been in his 20s or 30. Investigators don't believe he had been in the area very long.
