Body Determined To Be That Of Missing Fort Collins Man

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - The coroner in Larimer County has identified a body found Monday as that of a man who went missing for more than a week in Fort Collins.

George Gosden, 64, disappeared from his home on July 5. He suffered from dementia and was said to regularly go on long walks.

His body was found Monday in a field off Ziegler Road near Fossil Creek Reservoir.

The coroner says there were several causes of death, including heart disease, dehydration and environmental exposure.
