Bitter Cold Won't Keep The Brave From Taking Polar Plunge In Boulder

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The annual Polar Plunge at the Boulder Reservoir beach scheduled for New Year's Day is still happening despite the bitter cold.

Approximately 500 brave souls will take on the challenge on Thursday. It begins at noon and parking is free, but registration is $30 for adults and $25 for children.

This year's Polar Plunge is being hosted by the Boulder County AIDS Project.
