Bill To Keep Teachers From Being Penalized When Students Skip Tests

DENVER (CBS4)- A measure that would keep teachers and schools from being penalized when students skip standardized tests moved forward at the state Capitol on Tuesday.

The state Senate passed a bill that would keep instructors, schools and school districts from being penalized when students don't show up to take the standardized tests.
