Bill To Ban Candy-Shaped Edibles Passes House

DENVER (CBS4)- The bill to designed to protect children from marijuana edibles passed the state House on Wednesday and will head to the state Senate.

House Bill 1436 prevents the making of marijuana edibles that can be confused with candy -- specifically products in the form of a humans, animals, or fruit.
