Bill Cosby's Pueblo Show Goes On, Despite Protests And Growing Accusations

PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4) - Comedian Bill Cosby performed in Pueblo on Friday night against a backdrop of growing allegations that he sexually assaulted more than a dozen women over a period of years, most recently in 2008.

A group protested outside the show, carrying signs that read: "Colorado believes the women," "Rape is not funny," and "If you support Cosby, you support rape."

Cosby has two shows scheduled for Saturday in Denver at the Buell Theatre.

More than 15 women allege that Cosby drugged and abused them sexually.

Meanwhile, in other developments Friday, the chairman of NBC Entertainment said the network is no longer considering partnering with Cosby on a project.

"That's safe to say," Bob Greenblatt told reporters.

In 2014, NBC announced a series with Cosby before a rising tide of accusations against him.

Netflix has also indefinitely postponed a Cosby project.

Also on Friday, the comedian's attorney said Cosby was not at the Playboy Mansion on the night a model said he drugged and sexually assaulted her.

He was in New York and has evidence to prove it, attorney Martin D. Singer said in a written statement.

The model, Chloe Goins, claimed Cosby assaulted her in August 2008. She met with Los Angeles detectives on Wednesday.
