Bear On I-25 Struck By Motorcycle, Riders Suffered Minor Injuries

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- A bear on Interstate 25 was struck by a motorcycle on Saturday night. The collision happened in the northbound lanes of I-25 at mile marker 156 near Monument.

There were two people on the motorcycle. They were rushed to the hospital with minor injuries.

The bear died at the scene on the side of the road. Colorado Parks and Wildlife is assisting the Colorado State Patrol with the investigation into the incident.
