Banner Health Hacked, Nearly 4 Million Patients, Customers Impacted
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- Banner Health confirms that hackers obtained access into their system, affecting nearly four million patients and customers.
Banner has hospitals and clinics in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley.
The company said hackers were able to get credit card numbers, expiration dates and verification codes between June 23 and July 7.
The health system is contacting the 3.7 million people affected.
