Aurora Collects 755 Pounds Of Expired, Unused Medications During Drug Take Back Day

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- The Aurora Police Department collected more than 755 pounds of expired or unused prescription drugs over the weekend as part of the national Drug Take Back day.

Now those medications can be safely disposed of, preventing poisoning, misuse and overdoses.

Aurora was just one of several police departments across Colorado to participate.
