Aurora Police Investigate Homicide In Sand Creek Area

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Aurora are investigating a homicide after a man's body was found Wednesday afternoon.

Officers were called to the Sand Creek area between 28th and 30th near Wheeling just before 5 p.m.

That's where they found a black male with several wounds, possibly stab wounds. He was rushed to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators said there were no witnesses. They are awaiting autopsy results for more clues.
