Aurora Family Escapes After Home Catches Fire

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - A family made it out safe from their home after it caught fire in Aurora.

The fire broke out Thursday night on South Joplin Way.

Fire officials say too many appliances plugged into one outlet were to blame.

Crews managed to keep the fire contained to the garage and the outside of the house.
