Retailer Agrees To Pull Questionable Merchandise After Aspen Skiing Lawsuit

ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) - A retailer reached a settlement with Aspen Skiing Company over knockoff merchandise.

The lawsuit claimed five retailers owned by O'Bos Enterprises illegally sold merchandise with the knockoff logo.

The Aspen Times reports O'Bos agreed to pull the items from its stores by Dec. 7.

In return, Aspen Skiing Company will drop the lawsuit.
