Arvada Man Dies After ATV Goes Off Cliff In Utah

MOAB, Utah (AP) - A 31-year-old Colorado man was killed after driving an ATV off a 65-foot cliff in Utah.

Grand County sheriff's deputies say Jason Mondragon of Arvada was killed in the accident Saturday in the White Wash Sand Dunes area, about 50 miles northwest of Moab.

The sheriff's office was notified of the wreck late Saturday night and emergency responders recovered his body.

Sheriff Steven White told KSL-TV in Salt Lake City that Mondragon was with a group Saturday night when he decided to take a ride, and alcohol may be a factor in the accident.
