Arrest Warrant Issued For Self-Proclaimed Psychic

DENVER (CBS4) - The search for a self-proclaimed psychic from the Denver area.

Adam Marks stole thousands of dollars from his victim and then didn't show up for his sentencing in court on Thursday.

There's now a warrant out for his arrest.

Francine Evers says she started seeing marks for $10 palm readings in 2012. Her visits got more and more expensive, and soon she found herself conned out of $75,000.

"(I thought) 'How could I be so stupid, but you've got to consider who you are dealing with and these are master con men. They are master criminals," Evers told CBS4.

In court earlier this year Marks agreed to pay back the money to avoid six years in jail for stealing from an at risk adult, as well as other charges.

Police told CBS4 they want to find him before he finds another victim.
