Arrest Warrant Issued For Convicted Rapist Who Skipped Sentencing

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- A man convicted twice of rape in Boulder didn't show up for his sentencing and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

A jury convicted Calvin Nagy in Nov. 2013. He has been out on bond since then.

He was last seen at his home in Vail.

Nagy was also convicted of sexual assault in 1996.
