Arrest Announced In Bus Stabbing, Suspect Was Wearing Santa Outfit
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - A man suspected in a stabbing on an RTD bus on Christmas Eve is under arrest.
Police say they believe Brian Jacob Delorme, 34, is the man who was dressed as Santa Claus on Dec. 24 when he stabbed a 33-year-old man after an argument. The incident happened on a Regional Transportation District bus in Lakewood.
The victim sustained serious injuries.
Delorme was arrested on Wednesday in Walsenburg in southern Colorado in an unrelated case and Lakewood police obtained a warrant for his arrest. He faces attempted murder and assault charges.
