The hearing for 23-year-old Spc. Jeffery T. Page, of Ohio, was postponed Wednesday with no new date set. He faces murder charges in the death of 19-year-old Spc. Adrian M. Perkins, who's from California.

Charging documents say Perkins was shot with an M4 rifle at an air base in Jordan in May. Authorities haven't revealed a motive or the circumstances of the death.

Page is also charged with manslaughter, negligent homicide and failure to obey an order or regulation.

Both soldiers were in the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team at Fort Carson, outside Colorado Springs.
