Apartment Fire Displaces 11 People, Several Animals

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- Nearly a dozen people and several animals have been displaced after their apartment complex caught fire on Thursday afternoon. Firefighters rushed to the complex on East Jewell Avenue just east of Havana about 2 p.m.
Fire crews were able to get the fire under control shortly after they arrived. Two apartments suffered heavy damage. Others were still off limits to residents during the investigation.
What caused the fire is being investigated.
