DENVER (CBS4)- A proposed apartment complex would change the neighborhood near Broncos Stadium at Mile High.
A developer from Highlands Ranch wants to build the complex at an empty parking lot west of the stadium at 1570 Grove Street.
According to Business Den, the 7-story building would house 285 apartments.
The development is not part of another proposal to build an entertainment district south of the stadium, near Elitch Gardens.
