Anti-Gang Activist's Hearing Continued Until Friday

DENVER (CBS4) - A judge continued the hearing for a Denver anti-gang activist charged in a shooting until Friday.

Terrance Roberts is charged with attempted murder and for possessing a gun as a previous offender.

Defense lawyers on Monday said they could not reach an agreement with prosecutors.

The prosecution alleges Roberts shot and injured a man last September during a peace rally he helped organize. Roberts says the shooting was in self-defense.
