Colorado expected to see heavy snow

Another winter storm set to bring accumulating snow to Colorado

Another storm is set to bring snow accumulations across the high country and Plains. Moderate to heavy snow is expected overnight, with temperatures dropping in the teens and 20s.

A general 3-7" is expected across the metro area, 4 to 12" for the Palmer Divide and 7 to 15" across the high country. 

Rain will develop between 3 and 6 p.m., transitioning to snow by the evening hours.

Wind gusts up to 60 MPH are expected, prompting blizzard warning across portions of the Plains and Douglas County. We will also be dealing with "feels like" temperatures in the single digits across the Plains out the door Monday morning.

Treacherous travel will be expected for the Monday morning commute. Road closures will be possible.
