Angie's List Acquired By Golden-Based HomeAdvisor

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - Colorado-based HomeAdvisor has acquired well-known Angie's List for $500 million.
The two companies will merge and now be named "ANGI Homeservices."

HomeAdvisor's staff, which is based in Golden, grew by more than 30% with the acquisition.
Angie's List made nearly $73 million in the last quarter which is about 12% less than last year.
