8-Year-Old Brings Gun To School, Police Consider Charges

DENVER (CBS4)- An 8-year-old boy brought a gun to a summer camp program at an elementary school. Now police are investigating and trying to decide whether to file charges.
The boy was at Amesse Elementary School on Tuesday.
Police say he was showing the gun to other kids in the bathroom when one child reported it to camp staff.
They took away the gun and called police.
Investigators say they are considering charges.
