Amber Alert issued out of Thornton, Colorado canceled, 14-year old found safe

A 14-year old Thornton boy went missing on Thursday and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued an Amber Alert in the case. Soon afterwards, the boy was found and is safe, according to authorities.

The boy was believed to be with his noncustodial father.

The alert was issued at 4 p.m. and at 4:30 p.m. it was canceled.
