2-Year-Old In Amber Alert Found Safe
THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4)- The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says that the toddler at the center of an Amber Alert has been found safe.
The toddler was seen near 136th Avenue and Holly Street in Thornton around noon. She was located by Nebraska State Patrol in Friend, Neb.
Investigators initially believed she may have been taken by the girl's mother, Donetta Phipps. It is unclear where the child was found or whether Phipps was involved.
