Amber Alert For 2 Children, Mother Abducted In Denver Has Been Canceled

DENVER (CBS4) - Police in Denver have canceled an Amber Alert for two toddlers and their mother who they believe were abducted by the children's natural father Tuesday evening.

According to police, witnesses saw a 3-year-old, 2-year-old Elliot Miller and their mother being abducted from parking structure located at 1050 17th Street in Denver at about 5:30 p.m.

"Two witnesses reported a female and a child screaming for help in the parking structure ... witnesses observed (the) suspect forcing an adult female ... and her two children … into a red Kia Sorrento," the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said in a statement.

The three were believed to have been abducted by Paul Miller, the children's natural father who was under a restraining order.

The Amber Alert has been canceled and police say the mom and her children were found safe. One person was taken into custody.
