Amber Alert Canceled After Boy Found, Man Arrested

SAGUACHE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has deactivated an Amber Alert Sunday night for a 12-year-old boy out of Saguache County after he was found. The man he was with has been arrested.
The boy was located in Utah with David Freeman, 60, who was taken into custody. They were found near a southern Utah lake where they had been walking naked after asking for food and water from campers.
Officials say the boy left his home in Crestone on Saturday around 3 p.m. He was found with Freeman on Monday near Pangutich Lake about 265 miles south of Salt Lake City.
Freeman was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and lewdness.
Authorities said Freeman and the 12-year-old are acquainted but didn't know their exact relationship.
