Albertsons Stores Become Safeway Stores In Colorado

DENVER (CBS4)- Albertsons stores along the Front Range have officially become Safeway stores.
Albertsons acquired the Safeway grocery chain last year and has re-branded the stores around the country under one name.
Overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning, crews changed the signs at eight Albertsons stores in the Denver metro area.
Most of the stores have either had major renovations or are in the process of being renovated.
