Air Force Academy Cadet Faces Serious Charges For Alleged Drug Crimes

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A junior cadet at the Air Force Academy has been charged with 10 drug crimes, including manufacturing, using and distributing "molly."

According to The Gazette in Colorado Springs, at a court hearing on Monday three cadets accused Nathaniel Penalosa of buying drugs online and then dealing them at the academy.

The cadets who testified were granted immunity from criminal charges.

Penalosa could face up to 15 years if convicted by a court-martial.
